Returns & Refund Policy – United Kingdom

At BabyLunea, customACCer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Refund Policy applies to orders delivered to customers in the United Kingdom.

1. Your legal cancellation right

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom and you buy online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

This legal right does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

2. BabyLunea 30-day commercial return policy

In addition to your legal cancellation right, BabyLunea may accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is:

  • unused;
  • clean;
  • complete;
  • in its original packaging where possible;
  • in a condition suitable for resale.

This commercial 30-day return policy does not limit your legal consumer rights.

3. How to request a return

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at:

Please include:

  • your full name;
  • your order number;
  • the item you wish to return;
  • the reason for return, if you wish to provide one;
  • photos if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Please do not send any item back to our administrative address without prior approval. Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team.

4. Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return, return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise confirmed by BabyLunea.

If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or incorrect due to an error by BabyLunea or one of our logistics partners, BabyLunea will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your consumer rights.

5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Depending on the situation, BabyLunea may offer a replacement, repair, refund or another appropriate solution.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Refunds are usually processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or receive proof that the item has been sent back, where applicable.

7. Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, washed, damaged, altered or removed from sealed hygiene packaging.

Personalised products, final clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable, and products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons may also be excluded, except where the item is faulty or not as described.

8. Exchanges

BabyLunea does not always offer direct exchanges. If you need a different model, colour or product, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

9. Refused deliveries and uncollected parcels

If a parcel is refused, not collected or returned because of an incorrect address, BabyLunea may deduct reasonable shipping, return or handling costs from any refund, where permitted by law.
