1. Does BabyLunea deliver to the United Kingdom?

Yes. BabyLunea delivers selected products to customers in the United Kingdom, subject to product availability and delivery service coverage.

2. What products are available for the UK market?

For the UK launch, BabyLunea focuses on practical baby essentials for travel and everyday outings, including baby changing bags, pram organisers, portable changing mats, baby travel accessories and selected baby bibs.

3. Are prices shown in GBP?

Yes. Customers browsing from the United Kingdom should see prices in British pounds sterling where the UK market is correctly selected.

4. How much is UK delivery?

Standard tracked delivery for the United Kingdom may be charged at £6.90.

Free tracked delivery may be available from £70.

The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before payment.

5. How long does delivery take?

UK delivery usually takes around 6 to 10 business days, depending on the product, logistics partner, stock availability and delivery address.

6. Why did I receive more than one parcel?

Some BabyLunea items may be dispatched from different logistics partners or locations depending on availability. This means your order may arrive in several parcels.

7. Will I receive tracking information?

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email after dispatch.

8. Do I need to pay VAT or customs charges?

Taxes, VAT and import charges may depend on the value of the goods, the dispatch location and applicable UK rules.

Where applicable, charges shown at checkout should be reviewed carefully before confirming your order.

9. Can I cancel my order?

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods.

10. Can I return an item?

Yes, eligible items may be returned according to our Returns & Refund Policy – United Kingdom.

BabyLunea may accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, clean, complete and in its original condition.

11. Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility.

If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, BabyLunea will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your consumer rights.

12. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request quickly.

13. Can I send my return to the administrative address?

No. Please do not send returns to the administrative address unless our customer service team has specifically instructed you to do so.

Returns must be approved first and sent to the correct return address provided by BabyLunea.

14. How long does a refund take?

Once the returned item has been received and approved, refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
