These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made by customers located in the United Kingdom on the BabyLunea website.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please note that the administrative address is not a return address. Returns must be approved by customer service before any item is sent back.

2. Products

BabyLunea offers baby travel, outing and everyday care essentials, including changing bags, pram organisers, portable changing mats, baby travel accessories and selected baby products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, prices, colours and features as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur depending on screen settings, production batches or supplier updates.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. BabyLunea reserves the right to accept or refuse an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing error or delivery restrictions.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4. Prices and currency

For customers in the United Kingdom, prices are displayed in British pounds sterling, unless otherwise shown.

Prices may be updated at any time. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is confirmed.

5. Taxes, VAT and import charges

Taxes, VAT and import charges may depend on the value of the order, the product category, the delivery location and applicable UK rules.

Where applicable, taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.

If any import charge, tax or customs procedure applies to an order, this will be handled according to the applicable law and the delivery process used for that order.

6. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

All payments are processed through secure payment providers. BabyLunea does not store full payment card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

UK orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy – United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are provided for information only and may vary due to logistics, customs, carrier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

8. Right to cancel

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy – United Kingdom.

BabyLunea may also offer a 30-day commercial return policy, provided that returned items meet the conditions set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

10. Faulty or non-conforming goods

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

11. Product safety and use

Customers must use products according to the instructions, warnings and age or weight recommendations provided with the product or displayed on the product page.

Baby products must always be used under appropriate adult supervision.

12. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers, discount codes and free delivery thresholds may be limited in time and subject to specific conditions.

BabyLunea reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

13. Liability

BabyLunea is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, extreme weather, strikes, supply chain disruption or technical issues.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy – United Kingdom.

15. Governing law

These Terms may be governed by the laws applicable to BabyLunea as a business based in Canada. However, if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you benefit from mandatory UK consumer rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms.
